1: Pour WVO (waste veg oil) into processor.

2: Heat WVO in processor to 55 - 60 deg C.

3: Do titration test on small sample from processor.

4: Mix KOH or NaOH & Methanol (methoxide) in another container based on titration result.

5: Pour methoxide into processor and mix to react WVO.

6: Allow unwashed biodiesel and glycerin to separate.

7: Drain off glycerin layer.

8: Wash biodiesel.

9: Allow washed biodiesel and water to separate.

10: Drain off water layer.

11: Pour biodiesel into storage container.

12: Allow biodiesel to dry.

13: Fill up and go.......
